As guests settled into their seats and the Royal Marines band brought tears to the eyes with an extraordinary marching display, the Hospitality Services team were busy preparing the 320 starters to be served as part of a 3 course feast that concluded with coffee and petite fours. This popular commemorative ball takes place each year at Steam Museum with tickets selling out within the first week.
Working closely with the Rotary Club to plan the event and menu choices for 320 guests and to suit all dietary requirements
Working with the client to design the room dressing to fit with the theme of the evening and then translating that design into reality
Providing and extensive selection of drinks available for the arrival reception and bar throughout the evening
We have worked with The Rotary Club for a number of years during which time we have built a great working relationship, understanding their needs exactly and creating bespoke events packages to accommodate them. We are privileged to be a part of such a prestigious event.
While our guests partied into the small hours of the morning, our dedicated events team worked tirelessly to provide the highest level of service, always with a smile.
