This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Our Site. Our Site may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and weadvise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, this data is anonymised and none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this.

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. FYI our website uses the analytics.js implementation of GA.

Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

7.How Do You Use My Personal Data?

Where we store or transfer your personal data in the UK you will be fully protected under the GDPR.

In addition for website analytical purposes your data as defined in Part 6 is transferred to a third party based in the US (Google). This information is also protected as they are part of the EU-US Privacy Shield. This requires that Google has to provide data protection to standards similar to those in Europe. The security of your personal data is essential to us, and to protect your data, we take a number of important measures:

Should you choose to contact us using the ‘Message Us’ form on our Contact page or the Contact Us forms at the bottom of our website pages, none of the data that you supply will be stored by Our Site or passed to / be processed by any third party data processors save as for detailed in Part 6. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by SSL meaning that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

10.Do You Share My Personal Data?

We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply certain products and services in the performance of our contract with you. In some cases, those third parties may require access to some or all of your personal data that we hold.
